Horrific customer service!! Be forewarned—do NOT do business with this Toyota Irving dealership, you will regret it after your purchase! Took my new 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser (LC) for service, after the rear tire started losing air pressure fast. Service manager Edwin tells me the tire is not covered due to “a object that caused a puncture on left rear tire, this is not considered manufacturer defect since puncture is an outside influence.” LC only has 1,400 miles and Edwin tells me it’s not covered due to defect “outside influence.” What brand new tires blow out while driving over a “piece of wood” going south on Loop 12 and they are not defective??? Tires are made to be driven on highways, what’s an “outside influence???" Hope this never happens to you, but it is a scary experience. Spoke with General Manager Marvin, who was no help and dropped to same low level of understanding and incompetence. Edwin recommended I call Toyota tire manufacture myself Mon-Fri, what good would that have done me, I was at work and it was Saturday, stuck with an overpriced Toyota LC that tires are defective and Toyota Irving will not honor original manufacturer’s warranty. Had to pick up LC and drive it while tire is deflating to the closest Discount Tire that took care of the matter expeditiously and with excellent customer service! We will NEVER buy from this dealership ever again, and it’s sad that it has the “Irving” name attached to its dealership, not worthy!
Great people and service, and I have never experienced an upsell for extra services. Also the waiting area is very comfortable and great Wi-Fi.
They were much more willing to work with me here in Irving. The rep answered all my questions and wasn't pushy. I am very happy with my new RAV4,.
Service was really bad. Included all unwanted service to charge more than actual required service.
Wednesday, January 8, 2025 My worst nightmare. I had an altercation with the Service Manager Manny Garcia and Service Advisor Cecy Soto. The Service Advisor I communicated and who wrote the order was Oliver. Toyota Irving try’s to scam their customers. My vehicle is a 4 Runner with 21,886 miles. I was told I needed brake, wheel balance wheel alignment. Toyota Irving – Wednesday, January 8, 2024 I called Toyota of Irving, on Jan 8, 2025 @ 11:40AM, I was transfer to the service department. I spoke with Cecy (I later learn her name was Cecy Soto). I explained to her over the phone that I was in Irving and the “Oil Maintenance, “message appeared. I said the oil was changed back in July, 2024. I was told the next oil changed; would be at 26,000 miles. I said the mileage on the vehicle is 21,880. Why am I receiving the message now. She asked for my information, she then looked up my account up. Cecy said your next oil changed is at 26,000 miles. She said you’re do for a “free normal factory maintenance inspection. So, it free she said yes; good until 25,000 and you’re at 21,880 miles. I said I don’t have an appointment; she said it’s not unnecessary just come in when you can. I asked her do I ask for you, she said no whoever is available can help you. I said after I’m done running my errands I will drop by. I when I arrived at the service department. I said I’m looking for Cecy if she’s not able anyone else can help me. The lady pointed Cecy out to me. As I was walking up to Cecy, I notice she was working with someone. I asked the man at the first station he could help me. He said no. Cecy would be done with her customer in a minute (I didn’t realize he was the manager). I said I’m not her customer she said anyone could help me. He said just wait, with no further explanation. No one make themselves available to help me they all to, busy socialize just mingling. I finally walked up to the young man and asked if he could help me. He said I’m busy with a customer. I said I don’t see anyone with you at the moment. I explained why I was there. He said, well if you talked to Cecy, she can help you. I said when I called, she said anyone could help me. So, I’m asking you to help me. He finally agreed to help me. I said since you’re writing the order you can be my service advisor. He said, okay. I said my name is Erma, gave him my phone #, can you please look up my account – I then asked him for his name? He said my name is Oliver. When he pulled the account up, he mentioned the multi-point vehicle inspection. He said we’ll check all the fluids. I said Cecy mention the “Free Normal Factory Scheduled Maintenance 25,000 miles.” I said when I talked to her, the vehicle had 21,880 miles it has now 21,886 miles I was out running errands. He went out to my vehicle and took the information down. I followed him out and asked him if he could order a mat and a cargo cover for my vehicle. When we went back inside…he shows me some mats on his computer. He said I can get some prices for you. Oliver had mentioned a tire rotation, along with the multi-point vehicle inspection. I said Oliver, I don’t need my tires rotated. I’ve had the tires rotated already. I’ve also have changed the following items. 7/15/2024 - Tire rotation 7/15/2024 - Passenger compartment Air Filter 7/15/2024 - Engine Air And the wiper back in Nov 2024. He said OKAY. I’ve the mechanic check the fluids. He said you can wait in the lobby, when the vehicle is done, you’ll received a text. Approximately after an hour wait. Cecy called me and said have you review the text. I said, no, I just received the text when you called. When I walked back to talked to Oliver, he said Cecy will talk to you. I said why, you wrote up the order you agreed to be my service advisor. Cecy said no! in an ugly tone!!! I’m your service advisor. I said no you’re not service advisor. She said oh yes, I am your service advisor. She said see this paper has my name right here. She, then said you owe $34
Ultimately we were happy with the amount of our trade in. We believe the Toyota will last more than 10 years. It was the most comfortable.
First of all you can find a plethora of car dealerships in the DFW area for Toyota very few of them have somebody as dedicated to their job and service and sales than Eber Vasquez .I have purchased 5 vehicles from Toyota of Irving for over a period of the last 12 years and you won’t find any one better to help you Negotiate and optimize your purchase experience as Eber has for our family .I can’t say that I have found anybody that is more dedicated to the customer ..Eber is for you, he has eliminated all the pitfalls we used to be required to overcome when purchasing a new Vehicle . Eber will be upfront, honest and loyal an compromise you will not find a better Toyota car and truck sales representative in Texas so ,save yourself the trouble and go down to the dealership if he doesn’t have what you want on his lot he will find it .

The process of getting work done on my car was made easy and completed in a timely manner.
I have been buying cars for over 40 years and I have never had a worse experience than I had yesterday at Toyota Of Irving.... Price agreed to. Paperwork done. Car we were trading in was cleaned out and we were about to pull out in a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry. However, there was a crack in the windshield which we noticed during the test drive and the sales person said they would replace the windshield. When we ask about coming back to replace the windshield after all the paperwork was done, we were told that they now would NOT replace the windshield because they could not afford to lose any more money on the car. I'm sorry, what?!! I'm grateful we didn't drive off of the lot because I'm sure they would not have taken the car back. Toyota Of Irving was perfectly fine reneging on our negotiated transaction, AFTER they had my check. I guess they were hoping at that point that we would just give in and leave with a cracked windshield in a brand new $31,000 automobile. The general manager actually got on the phone with us from home and told us if we didn't want the car he would just sell it at auction. He nor his sales manager showed any concern for the fact that the dealership was not living up to their end of our agreement or that we as customers were unhappy. They showed no concern about us, our business or more importantly their reputation or character. They just couldn't spare another $500 for a windshield despite the commitment their sales person had made earlier. So after being at the dealership for almost 5 hours, playing the games with the back-and-forth with the sales person and the manager trying to negotiate a deal, waiting forever to see the finance guy, and then trying through our shock to unsuccessfully convince them to have a little integrity and live up to their end of our agreement, we unloaded the new car and got back in our trade-in and left. And the worst part is, THEY COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS. Except for the poor young lady who was our sales person who was as sweet as she could be and was in tears because her management did not have her back. So BUYER BEWARE. If this is how Toyota Of Irving treats the customer during the sales process, I cannot imagine how it is AFTER they have your money. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership who will honor their word, has a little professionalism and integrity and actually cares about your customer experience. Betty Byars and Marvin Sibert are NOT those type of sales people and Toyota Of Irving is NOT that type of dealership.

They thought I was stupid and that I wouldn’t check the final numbers and they were charging me $ 7920.00 more than agreed upon . Pay close attention to the final numbres before signing
Overall service was good from technician but the front desk service advisor did not complete the documentation which is causing issues… did follow up multiple times .. still unable to get it resolved. It’s related to state inspection report
I had an outstanding experience at Toyota of Irving. I visited several Toyota dealerships and other brand dealers, but my sales representative, Venessa, in Toyota of Irving truly stood out in making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful from the start, even before we met in person, handling everything over the phone. I never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. Instead, she took the time to understand my needs and efficiently suggested the best options without wasting any time. I really appreciated the straightforward approach, especially during the pricing discussion—no nonsense or drama. They genuinely respect and value the customer’s time and needs. Even during the financing process, it was quick—only about 30 to 40 minutes. I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer, not just making a deal. Venessa was thoughtful and offered me lemonade, and after an hour of test driving and decision-making, she brought me coffee to ensure I was comfortable. I really appreciate how the sales team at Toyota of Irving cares for their customers. After purchasing the vehicle, Venessa went above and beyond by helping me connect my devices to the car and showing me all the features, from the remote start to the touch-open doors. She even took the time to walk me through everything again to ensure I was fully comfortable with my new car. At the end, she took a picture of me with my brand-new Camry Hybrid SE, complete with a big bow on top, which was such a thoughtful touch. I must also mention that Venessa really gave me the best deal, which made me even more in love with the service at Toyota of Irving. I’ve had a tough time with another Toyota dealership, where they were pushy and persistent, always trying to make me say yes even when I asked for time. They made me wait for 7 hours, and things were still not finalized. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that Toyota of Irving provides the best customer service. They truly care about their customers, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Also, the waiting room is fantastic, with a variety of shops to explore while you wait—definitely a great way to pass the time! Lastly , I hope my future experiences remain just as positive.

I always go to Toyota of Irving Texas. In my opinion this is by far the best dealership in the DFW area and beyond. Trust me I can say this with confidence. The service Dept. should be acknowledged for their very hard and dedicated employees and Managers. Mr. Jonathan T. is always willing to help and gives helpful advice on your transportation needs. Service agents always finding irregular faults with my vehicle & recommending service. Eg. I requested tire rotation & was watching the vehicle from the customer lounge all along. The tires weren’t rotated! That was a blatant lie & disservice! That I had to pay for!
