Took my new 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser (LC) for service, after the rear tire started losing air pressure fast. Did not put recommended oil in O6 tundra. As a result the seals on motor had to be replaced. I worked 25 years with Mobil Oil and they this would happen. Another dealer caught leakage and put right oil in it. It cost us 460.00. Also our front brakes were 60 percent but problem was sway bars on front. You should pay 460.00.

Was offered an Enterprise rental vehicle while my car had over $1,400 of maintenance performed. Unfortunately there were no Enterprise employees there either to sign out the vehicle, or accept it back in when I returned. Was dependent upon Toyota of Irving personnel to ensure it was returned. From Ashley who took all my information about my recall and made the appointment to Robert who handled my car when I arrived at the dealership. All super polite and they made you feel appreciated and they took pride in the job they did. Brought my truck in for recommended repairs costing over 3,000. Repairs included the water pump and associated hoses. After returning the truck, I had to limp back into the dealership with no coolant after it was found out that one of their "qualified technicians" couldn't tell how to install the main water hose even though the diameters of both ends were significantly different.
