Overall the experience was good, the service I went in for was done with hardly any wait time. I usually come here and hardly ever have an issue until today, the adjuster that initially came out to help seemed not very helpful and was giving me a lot of pushback on what I needed done and wouldn’t even take the time to look at the vehicle because “he wasn’t a technician “ I requested to work with a different adjuster and the new adjuster was able to resolve the issue without any added or wasted service time.
