The service team focused more on upselling than listening. I requested an oil change and emissions test but was pressured into a Manager Service Package, even though the inspection showed everything passed. They failed to perform the emissions test, and now—after resetting the battery—I must drive before it can be tested, while my registration is about to expire.
Went in for service and had a nail in a tire. Didn’t say anything on purpose to see if anything would be done while doing a tire rotation. Nope they sure didn’t. They sure did say other costly things needed to be done though.
I found the dealership very cooperative. They took proper care of my car and solved the problem.

I usually come here and hardly ever have an issue until today, the adjuster that initially came out to help seemed not very helpful and was giving me a lot of pushback on what I needed done and wouldn’t even take the time to look at the vehicle because “he wasn’t a technician “ I requested to work with a different adjuster and the new adjuster was able to resolve the issue without any added or wasted service time.
