GeneF7 months agoI planned and researched for a new Tacoma truck prior to visiting a dealership. I found that Toyota of Irving was my best choice. Salesman Brian Smith and Marketing manager Mark Baker answered all of my questions and made me a deal on a truck that I couldn't and hadn't matched on line. I was shown all of the insights and drove it away 2 days after financing "with a full tank of gas!" Very impressed with the courtesy, the friendliness, the time spent to talk to me and work with my desires and then the pricing. This is my first Toyota and I am very pleased so far with my decision, my experience and my purchase.

Ticketchick8 months agoThe team at Toyota of Irving was amazing! Everyone was extremely patient with all of our (many) questions and accommodating to all of our requests. Peter was so kind and helpful; he really moved mountains to find us the vehicle we wanted with the exact features we requested. He was also quick to respond to phone calls/texts and just overall a real pleasure to work with. Peter also took the time to explain the warranty and after-sales service, which are both top notch. There are a lot of dealerships in the metroplex, and it’s the staff and service that make this one stand out. Highly recommended!

Red_750618 months agoEver since I've been coming to Irving Toyota they have treated me fantastic. I really love this place and has always given me fantastic service. The bonusis... they serve cookies drinks apples for you to munch on while you're waiting! They have a beautiful store inside the guest lounge which has really nice items. Thank you Toyota of Irving for your great service and friendliness. Keep it up!

As A first time buyer I greatly appreciated his time and honesty. Daniel Luna also took time out of busy day to come and make sure my experience there was going smoothly. Everyone was extremely nice and willing to help. Over all I loved would highly recommend this place to anyone.
J C.8 months agoI brought my car here for a service and was exceptionally pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the service advisor who helped me. Mr Lionel Valdez was very informative and proactive. I had quite a few things that required attention and he took the time to explain things and provide advice on his assessment. He was friendly, patient and very detailed in his explanations. I will definitely bring my car back here for service. The waiting room is large, with ample seating, coffee and soda machines, clean bathrooms and places to plug in computers/ cell phones. Also on site, if your service requires a lot of time, there is an Enterprise car rental on site. Overall because of the customer service of the service advisor (Lionel) and the helpfulness of the gentleman at the Enterprise rental, I will come here for services in the future. When everything else is the same, customer service with a smile and sincere spirit makes all the difference!!!
JT A.8 months agoBrought my truck in for service to follow up on a residual issue from the previous failed suspension; arrived on time and was quickly welcomed and checked in. "Baby" did a great job coordinating a test drive with a technician to isolate the issue. Although it took the mechanic a very diligent process of illumination, they apparently successfully zero'd in on the issue and tightened the frame mounts and also a few rubber isolation bushings adjusted. My wait was about 4 hours, but it was completely expected and allowed me to catch up on some work. "Baby" sought me out of the waiting room and gave me the good news that the problem was fixed.
Charles H.8 months agoPleasantly surprised with my experience here. I don't know why I haven't been coming here before! So much better than the branch in Dallas. I really liked the summary print-out they give you at the end of the service appointment. Made the encounter much more transparent. I did not get the sense that they were nickle-and-diming me at every opportunity. They also offer more refreshment/snacks in their waiting room area than other branches I've been at. I will definitely come back to the Toyota of Irving over the other locations in DFW.
Crystal H.10 months agoReturned to this Toyota because I knew they would take care of me and sure enough again, they did! Ms. Janeen was my service advisor and she was fabulous. Everybody I encountered was great. My 2011 Corolla needed an airbag replacement due to the recall and Toyota offered the service at no charge. I scheduled my appointment, brought the car in, was offered complimentary multi-point inspection along with a car wash and the recall service. There was wear and tear on my brakes which suggested attention. Janeen educated me on the necessary services that the mechanics recommend but she did not aggressively pressure me the need to approve of those services which I appreciated. She was professional and courteous. Thank you for not putting me in a tough situation. I waited for only about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was quoted about 2 hours so I knew what to expect. I didn't mind waiting in the lounge.Once again. Great service from Toyota of Irving. Thanks!
Ronald A.10 months agoI was delighted to have had the brake linings replaced on my 2011 Toyota Camry LE and now feel much safer and secure as Toyota Service did an excellent job.
M M.11 months agoHave been taking my 2002 Sequoia to another Toyota dealership every summer since 2009 for A/C issues: A/C stopped cooling at traffic lights, or quit altogether. Techs there failed every time to find the leak, so system was re-charged and worked for a year. One year the service advisor claimed the compressor was leaking, and replacement had to include receiver/dryer. Replacement proved the leak was elsewhere when I had to bring it back a year later, for the perpetual problem. Finally I divorced that dealership for other customer service reasons (kept car for 3 days for a half-day job, had to call service advisor 5 times before talking to him-he never called me). April 2018, A/C quit again, and I made the much longer trek to Toyota of Irving, where a REAL technician identified a leaking evaporator, and displayed the leak evidence to me. If that tech- Brandon- had looked at it in 2009, I could have saved about $2,000.
JT A.1 year agoBrought my vehicle in for warranty work. Dropped it off on a Monday morning and was told early afternoon what the prognosis was and said they will need to keep vehicle until next day; service advisor told me the vehicle would be ready by noon next day. Arrived next day at 3:00 and was told wasn't ready yet. After about 20 minutes they texted me that my car was ready. Work appears to have been done well and my car was cleaned inside and out. No complaints.

We walked in the dealership nervous, but they were quick to warm us up. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered all our questions! These guys are the absolute best!
Emily S.1 year agoMy boyfriend and I have never had such a great experience buying a car! We had done our research before coming in and had a used car picked out. The whole process went smoothly with very little wait time. The facility is brand new and beautiful with comfortable seating and delicious refreshments. I recommend adding tire protection to your vehicle; mine has already paid for itself! Even if they did not offer a bonus for customer referrals, I would tell everyone I know about the amazing service I've received from every department. Top notch dealership!
