What are the Benefits?

How it works:
Every time you get service from TOI, we credit 3 points per dollar spent. For Toyota covered service, we credit you 500 points. You get the points automatically 3-5 days after we service your vehicle. You also get bonus points on the one-year anniversary of your enrollment and after your 30K service.

You can use the points to pay for any service with us. You can apply them toward the purchase of an extended warranty. And, of course, we let you combine your rewards points with other coupons and discounts.

As an extra benefit to our rewards consumers, we will add a tire rotation, a 30pt inspection and an alignment check to any service visit. Just ask for it if you need it – no purchase required.

We are still developing the program and expect to add benefits over time, like being able to apply points towards the purchase of a new car. Thank you for being part of the TOI family!

The Fine Print

Everyone expects the fine print to tell you all the things you can’t do but that’s not our goal. We do reserve the right to make changes to improve the program but we want you to earn and spend points. This section is mainly to be clear about what we promising so you don’t have to call us about the details.

Earning Points:

  • You get points on the total pre-tax amount on a service ticket before any other discounts, including spending points.
  • You get 500 points for service visits covered by Toyota care.
  • Points are currently accrued through Service department ROs. Collision Center purchases are not credited with points at this time.
  • Every year, on the anniversary of your enrollment, we give you a bonus of 10% of your outstanding points or 500 additional points, whichever is more.
  • If you pre-enrolled in February, we are retroactively giving you credit any service transactions after your pre-enrollment date.
  • Points are credited 3-5 days after the visit by scanning the service record. The points will be reflected on the mobile offer stored on your phone.
  • If you do not give us your phone number on the service ticket, we try to match the service tickets on name and VIN. If our automated system misses a ticket, call 972-258-1203 to request a correction.

Spending Points:

  • On checkout, you have to show your point total to the service rep before you pay. You can use some or all of your points.
  • If you want to purchase an extended warranty, show your points to the rep and they will apply a credit against the cost.
  • Your new point total will be updated on your rewards card 3-5 days after your service business when we process the service record. Obviously, you aren’t allowed to spend your points a second time before you get the update.
  • If for some reason, you cannot save the rewards card to your mobile phone and wish to redeem your points, we’ll look them up for you.
