All go-anywhere 4Runner trims come equipped with an 8″ infotainment center, Apple Carplay, Android Auto, forward collision, brake mitigation, lane departure, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise, complimentary 2yr/25K mile maintenance, LED headlights & taillights, and body-on-frame construction.
The 4Runner has proven itself over and over again in the toughest conditions on the planet. When you get into one of these vehicles, you have true go-anywhere toughness, from one of the world’s original SUV vehicles. You can make it through Baja if you had to, but you can enjoy an easy trip to the grocery store, even if it’s pouring. Every 4Runner gets you out there and gets you home with a 270HP V6 engine with a hefty 5000lb tow-rating. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but four-wheel drive is optional (while being standard on upper trims). There are two transfer-case options available. A manual high/low transfer case or a Torsen center locking transfer-case (also found on higher trim lines). Regardless of which power configuration you select, all variants are mated to a 5-speed automatic with gearing designed to make errands a breeze, and highway cruising relaxed and refined.
The cabin of your 4Runner is a great place to spend time driving into the great outdoors or to a great night out. You have durable cloth interiors, premium SOFTEX interiors, and leather seating available, too. A 3rd-row is optional (an improvement over putting passengers in the bed of a pickup), as is an innovative sliding rear load assistance feature that can aid with heavy items or make for convenient seating.
